Utility Line program; Marshall County facility

Dwayne Casey, associate vice president for Workforce Solutions and Career-Technical Education, covers Northwest's brand-new Utility Line program. The first semester of the program is currently underway at The Concourse in Batesville, another new facet of Northwest. Casey also talks about the college's Marshall County Training Facility, which held its Grand Opening in June 2021.
